Job summary

Hydrite seeks a Process Operator to run chemical processes, adjust variables (temperature, pressure, feed rate) and perform sampling per SOPs. The role follows a 2-2-3 schedule (6:00 AM–6:30 PM) with every other weekend, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols and documentation.

You will perform inspections, input data, maintain logs, and support environmental, health, and safety training while communicating needs to the shift supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Strong communication and reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processes and adjust variables per SOPs while ensuring safety.
• Maintain housekeeping in assigned areas and follow all SOPs and regulations.
• Comply with safety, EH&S and process training; participate in emergency response.
• Record ingredients, weights, temperatures and input data into the system.
• Complete daily/weekly inspections and prepare logs, check sheets, and reports.
• Monitor equipment, respond to alarms, and support process improvements.
