INTEGRIS Health Baptist Medical Center Jim Thorpe Rehab in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a day shift PRN Staff Registered Nurse to deliver professional nursing care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include assessment, care planning, implementing interventions, and coordinating care with the team.

Competenze

• Active RN license in Oklahoma or a multistate license (eNLC).
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.

Mansioni

• Assessment/re-assessments.
• Development of the plan of care.
• Implementation of appropriate patient care interventions.
• Evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions.
• Supervises and coordinates other licensed and non-licensed personnel in the provision of care to patients as assigned.
• Provides guidance and mentorship to non-licensed personnel and students, as appropriate.

Formazione

RN License (Oklahoma or compact state)

BLS Certification

2 years RN experience
