Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a quality inspector to support production and receiving by testing and inspecting products and raw materials at various stages. You will record data, evaluate quality, and help maintain calibration and process standards on the shop floor.

The role requires 1–3 years in a quality role in manufacturing, with 2–5 years of relevant training. Regular 7am–3:30pm shifts and hands-on inspection of gauges and parts are included.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of trade school or apprenticeship in manufacturing
• 1-3 years in a quality role; ideally in an industrial/manufacturing environment
• Stand, walk, push/pull frequently; lift up to 20 lbs occasionally; read gauges and instruments

Responsibilities

• Interpret specifications with Value Stream Leaders, QA, Management, and Engineering to determine standards
• Select products for inspection at specified stages; check dimensions, appearance, and function
• Assist Warehouse staff; perform receiving inspections on incoming materials
• Perform First Piece, In-Process, and Final Inspections within Value Streams
• Record inspection data per procedures
• Evaluate data for conformance or deviations from standards
• Suggest modifications to improve quality within equipment capability limits
• Ensure calibrations within Value Streams are up to date
• Maintain an organized and clean work area
• Perform process audits of operator inspection processes (Allvac, Synthes, Straumann, etc.)
• 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday
