Your Mission

As a Quality Inspector - Day Shift, you'll help keep production on track by verifying that customer quality requirements are met before product is released. This role exists to support operations, protect schedule flow, and strengthen process performance by spotting issues early and sharing clear, useful data.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Partnering closely with production and other departments to support quality outcomes
• Reviewing product and process results to confirm requirements are met prior to shipment
• Communicating concise defect and process-improvement information to help reduce waste
• Contributing input on workflow stability, process improvements, and training needs based on quality data
