Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of related assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly per instructions.
• Operate machines and use hand tools.
• Inspect own and others' work for accuracy.
• Record production time and quantity data at the cell.
• Support training across cells/locations.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular, punctual attendance; may require nights/weekends.
• Other duties as assigned.
