Job summary

CoorsTek is seeking a Production Operator III - Precision Grind to perform multiple processes in the manufacture of technical ceramics and metals. You will work with a team to meet goals, adjust machines as needed, and inspect parts for conformance to specifications.

The role requires reading blueprints, applying GD&T, and using precision measuring tools. You will also help transfer parts between steps, handle materials, and maintain a safe, clean work area while training new operators.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• Able to work in a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to manufacture parts per work orders.
• Make machine adjustments and inspect parts for quality.
• Transfer parts to next process via computer systems.
• Load, unload, and stack product safely.
• Operate material handling equipment (hand-truck, forklift, crane).
• Maintain clean work area and equipment.
• Train incoming operators on processes and procedures.
