Job summary

IDEAL TRIDON is seeking an assembly operator to perform repetitive, standardized assembly tasks using assembly machines. You will visually inspect parts and measure when required, recording production times and outputs on the production card.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, good dexterity for small parts, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. ISO Basic Skills testing may be required, and candidates should be able to remain seated for most of the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must pass Basic Skills Test as required by ISO.
• Good dexterity to quickly handle small parts.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs on regular basis.
• Ability to remain in sitting position more than 95% of working hours.

Responsibilities

• Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly machines.
• Checks quality of parts visually and by the use of calipers as required by work order.
• Records production time and parts produced on appropriate production card.
• Reports any problems to the Assembly lead.
