Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior relevant work experience or vocational training preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a powder coating environment.
• Willingness to stand, walk, bend, and reach overhead for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up fabricated equipment parts for wash cycle (may require forklift for large/heavy parts).
• Test chemicals to maintain proper levels in wash tank.
• Stage washed parts for powder coating.
• Plan cleaning of equipment parts to meet customer delivery schedules.
• Ensure quantities of parts are correct to complete machine runs.
• Keep powder room maintained and in good operating condition.
• Substitute for Production Washer when needed or during vacations/illness.
