Qualifications

• High School Diploma with at least four years of poultry experience.
• Knowledge of Poultry Plant or Food production.
• PC skills required (MS Office).
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills preferred.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Excellent communications skills as frequent communication is required with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assign employees to ensure all aspects of quality product.
• Communicate daily objectives to the team and monitor performance.
• Report team member performance to Management.
• Ensure department compliance with GMP, HACCP, SSOP, and USDA standards.
• Assist in training of all associates and enforce safety procedures.
• Supervise cleanup work and ensure proper PPE usage and safety.
