You will monitor plant operations, keep records, enforce safety, assist with training, and perform housekeeping tasks as part of daily duties. The role requires adaptability to shift work and teamwork in a busy plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as operator or in process plant operations.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read and comprehend manuals, instruction sheets, and drawings in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control plant operations per policies and SOPs.
• Maintain records of hourly operating data and abnormal conditions.
• Ensure permit compliance and design capability is met; produce high quality product.
• Participate in training programs within the allotted time frame.
• Perform general work and housekeeping to ensure safe, clean operation.
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
• Perform fire guard and confined space watch duties.
