Qualifications
- Certified Pharmacy Technician through PTCB or NHA (as required).
- Strong customer service and triage skills.
- Familiarity with pharmacy inventory control and medication preparation processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing, dispensing and distributing medications.
- Support inventory control and ordering processes.
- Follow hospital policies and regulatory requirements for medication handling.
- Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
- Operate hospital computer systems and pharmacy software.
