Qualifications

• Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required

• One year's technical experience: Preferred
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience: Preferred

Responsibilities

• Verifies and fills orders for medications.
• Monitors patient medication therapies and provides drug information.
• Identifies and troubleshoots potential medication safety hazards.
