Qualifications

• Graduate of school of pharmacy: Required

Responsibilities

• Processes, enters, verifies, and distributes medication orders in a timely manner per hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Conducts and manages daily reports on medication utilization based on daily rounds.
• Participates in pharmacy tasks and programs including clinical rounds and remote order verification.
• Assists with cost savings, formulary compliance, and collaboration with leadership on purchasing and supply decisions.
• Supports process improvement and development of new pharmacy services.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
