Adventist Health in Clearlake, CA seeks a Pharmacist (AHCL) to deliver daily clinical and operational pharmacy services. You will manage drug protocols, monitor therapy, and provide drug information to physicians and nurses while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient safety.

The role requires licensure in California, hospital pharmacy experience, and strong communication with hospital teams. Per diem/12-hour shifts may apply, with a focus on quality patient care.

Formación

• Experience in hospital pharmacy practice preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Residency training preferred.
• Current California Pharmacist License.
• Able to interface with hospital staff and public in a courteous and professional manner.
• Demonstrates emotional maturity, self-awareness and integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts and documents drug protocols as ordered by physicians.
• Maintains computerized patient record system for medication therapy.
• Monitors and intervenes on drug regimens for safety and efficacy.
• Supervises IV admixtures, dispensing and compounding; supports other duties.
