Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Completion of one of the listed MercyOne programs or related clinical training.
• Basic Life Support within 60 days and Mandatory Reporter training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and document vital signs, chief complaint, pain level, and basic history under supervision.
• Open clinical notes, prepare exam rooms with supplies, and assist with minor procedures.
• Collect basic lab tests and manage lab results, radiology reports, and records for review.
• Schedule appointments, tests, and referrals; review prep instructions with patients.
