Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting.

You will work under Nurse Managers within WellStar Shared Governance, applying evidence-based practice and compassionate service to patients and families. GA RN license, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as an RN and able to practice under the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
• Minimum of 5 years of patient care experience as an RN.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred; ADN or Diploma considered.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) in clinical care with evidence-based practice.
• Provides patient-centered care that respects age, gender, disease, and cultural diversity.
• Communicates with patients and families, updating goals and plans of care.
• Maintains current clinical practice standards and participates in governance and performance improvement.
