• Provide quick, timely feedback to plant manager on productivity, downtime, quality, yield, cost and safety.
• Monitor standards and indexes to control area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety orientations and safety meetings are held to keep frequency and severity to a minimum.
• Participates in department meetings for planning and testing techniques.
