Job summary

Stratas Foods is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our Fresno, CA facility. You will lead daily packaging operations, ensuring safe, efficient use of labor and materials to meet production schedules and quality targets.

This role requires strong problem-solving, GMP adherence, and team leadership. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing, with supervisory experience and a focus on safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably in food processing.
• Experience supervising teams and enforcing GMP and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily packaging operations to meet production schedules.
• Maintain SOPs and adjust processes to meet targets.
• Ensure quality, output, yield, and line efficiency.
• Ensure OSHA, food safety, GMP compliance.
• Train employees on safety and procedures.
• Collaborate with maintenance to optimize equipment.
