Qualifications

• Completed an accredited surgical technology program.
• Must hold a valid CST, NRST, or TS-C credential.
• Current American Heart BLS certification required; high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely handle instruments, supplies and equipment during surgical procedures.
• Understand the procedure being performed and anticipate the surgeon's needs.
• Maintain quality patient care during the operative procedure and vigilantly maintain the sterile field.
