Job summary

GOJO, Makers of PURELL in Wooster, Ohio, seeks a Production Operator I for first shift on onsite lines. The role supports fast-moving manufacturing processes, rotates between tasks, and requires lifting up to 50 lbs.

You will follow safety and quality guidelines, perform inspections, and work on high-speed lines. Starting pay is 18.95 per hour with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and parental leave.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply safety and quality guidelines, meeting all regulations.
• Move product, supplies, and inventory to support production.
• Adheres to standard operating procedures, cGMP, safety, and housekeeping requirements; possess the ability to train others as assigned.
• Must be able to rotate to all tasks on production line, such as inserts, packing out, palletizing and keying.
• Perform visual inspections of components and finished goods at each step of the manufacturing process.
• Hand/eye coordination to perform at rate of over 100 bottles per minute.
• Lifting requirement up to 30 pounds at a fast pace for extended periods of time.
• Physical agility to perform at a rate to meet the production standards
• Demonstrated ability to work on high speed production lines
