Qualifications

• Exceptions possible for candidates with >2 years of acute care experience, subject to review by CNO.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate evidence-based care along the care continuum.
• Perform assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Participate in decision-making, teaching, mentoring and collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
