Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Leadership experience in long-term care/skilled nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff.
• Oversee daily nursing operations on the assigned unit.
• Promote quality, compassionate, and person-centered resident care.
• Monitor resident needs and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, therapy, dietary, and other team members.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, education, and performance management.
• Monitor documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
