Responsibilities

• Assist EMTs with daytime non-emergency transports
• Safely transport non-ambulatory and mobility-assisted patients
• Load, secure, and unload patients with stretchers and wheelchairs
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and professionalism
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and inspection-ready vehicle and equipment
• Complete documentation accurately and timely
• Follow company policies, DOT regulations, and safety protocols
• Communicate with dispatch, facilities, patients, and team members
