Kent Nutrition Group in Beardstown, IL is seeking a Mixer Operator to perform scheduled feed mill mixing safely and efficiently to meet company specifications. This is a 1st shift role from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a starting wage of $23.04 per hour plus standard benefits.

The role requires knowledge of safety practices, GMPs, and quality assurance, with duties including calibration, log keeping, and assisting in production as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old to work in plant.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mixing system for all finished feeds as per schedule.
• Calibrate the mixing system to ensure accuracy.
• Record and update logs of feed formulations mixed daily.
• Ensure equipment is clean and operating properly.
