Job summary

Jrjnet is seeking a Mill Technician in Ohio to maintain and operate our aggregate mill, ensuring safe, efficient, continuous production. You will perform preventive maintenance, load bulk trucks, and support daily production activities in a fast-paced industrial setting.

The ideal candidate is punctual, safety-oriented, and self-motivated, with the ability to work in varied conditions and lift up to 50 lbs. A valid driver’s license and independent work capability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Maintenance oriented with strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and in elevated areas.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mill equipment and systems.
• Safely load bulk tank trucks and ensure accurate documentation of materials.
• Operate machinery and heavy equipment, including skid steers and other mobile equipment.
• Use hand and power tools to complete repairs, maintenance, and fabrication tasks.
• Assist with facility upkeep, including tasks performed at elevated heights.
• Work effectively in inclement weather and temperature extremes, both indoors and outdoors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support production as needed to minimize downtime and maintain efficiency.
