Sandy Pines Residential Treatment Center is looking for a Day Shift Unit Coordinator/Mental Health Tech Supervisor to oversee the safety and wellbeing of children and adolescents. In this role, you'll manage unit operations and lead the Mental Health Technicians in providing the utmost care for our residents.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience working with children or adolescents required.
• Detail oriented and ability to multitask.
• Current CPR Certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage the milieu of the units assigned and supervise Mental Health Technicians.
• Assist the Charge Nurse in organizing all aspects of resident care.
• Observe and document patient behavior patterns.
