Cardinal Health is seeking a Machine Operator in Norfolk, NE to set up and run light industrial semi-automated equipment to produce a variety of medical devices. You will operate machines safely, monitor performance, and participate in loading, packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation.

The role requires the ability to read and follow specifications in English, collaborates with team members, and may require overtime.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in manufacturing or light industrial settings.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Follows SOPs and safety procedures.
• Read, write and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run light industrial semi-automated equipment to make medical devices.
• Operate in-house machines safely – identify emergency stops and report safety concerns.
• Load, package, and label products and prepare shipments.
• Assemble goods on production line and monitor machine operation.
• Move bags/totes/boxes; label, weigh, count and box for shipping.
• Maintain cleaning and safety documentation in system.
• Follow specifications and instructions; work under supervision.
• Collaborate with teammates and work overtime as required.
