Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to set up and run light industrial semi-automated equipment to manufacture a variety of medical devices. You will operate machines safely, report safety issues, and participate in loading, packaging and labeling operations.

The role requires 0-1 years of experience and a High School diploma or equivalent. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience preferred.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run light industrial semi-automated equipment to make medical devices.
• Operate in-house machines safely and report safety concerns.
• Assist with loading, packaging, and labeling prior to shipment.
• Assemble goods on production line and start/maintain machines.
• Move materials and add labels, weigh products, and stack for shipping.
• Monitor in-process/finished material and report machine malfunctions.
• Maintain cleaning and safety documentation in the system.
