INTEGRIS Health is seeking a Medical Assistant for the Pulmonary Hypertension Outpatient Clinic in the Transplant Department in Oklahoma City, OK. This full-time, day shift role handles direct patient care, vital signs, phlebotomy, and clinic coordination under supervision.

Qualifications include a current Medical Assistant certification or 6 months MA experience, English communication proficiency, and CPR/BLS within 90 days. Benefits eligible with a focus on patient-centered care.

Formación

• Current nationally recognized Medical Assistant certification/registration; OR 6 months of clinic MA experience

Responsabilidades

• Gathers and documents information about patient condition, including lab values, pain levels, education needs, nutritional status, and potential complications
• Contributes to the assessment/re-assessment of patients
• Monitors and documents patient status
• Develops and implements the plan of care, including interventions which may include medication administration (excluding narcotics)
• Manages large call volume while maintaining excellent telephone etiquette
• Organizes workflow to meet patient needs in a timely manner
• Retrieves and transports medications (if needed)
• Reports to assigned director, manager, supervisor or lead
