Qualifications

• Must be certified nursing assistant or currently enrolled in a nurse aide training program.
• Attend in-service programs to learn procedures and meet state requirements.
• Ability to chart accurately in the Patient Care Record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care activities under supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living including personal care.
• Perform tasks such as taking vital signs and providing post-mortem care.
