Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license
• BLS certification required or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of direct patient care experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Deliver patient-centered care with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and patient families to meet care goals.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with standards and policies.
