Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services in Elkhart, IN seeks a Production Material Handler. The role loads raw materials and pallets, unloads finished product, and maintains organized storage in an outdoor lot across three work-centers. You will use a forklift and scanning tools to track materials throughout the operation.

The ideal candidate has forklift experience, can multitask, and is flexible about overtime, including Saturdays. Safety PPE is required on the first day; shift is 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience required with ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for long periods.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor work center schedules for inbound and outbound materials.
• Ensure raw materials and WIP are on-hand at work centers.
• Operate ERP system to obtain work order information.
• Transport finished goods to shipping and stack as required.
• Maintain material locations with scanning equipment.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity of material handling.
• Clean and organize skid yard and surrounding areas.
• Participate in training or cross-training.
