Job summary

ALCOM is hiring a Material Handler in DeLand, FL. The role involves receiving, storing, and moving materials across the factory, warehouse, and stockroom, with forklift duties and accurate recordkeeping.

You will support production operations and ensure safe handling and timely material flow. Requirements include a positive attitude, proficiency with inventory systems and MS-Office, and high school education.

Qualifications

• High school education required with strong math basics.
• Experience in warehouse or materials flow in a fast-paced factory.
• Ability to accurately work with inventory systems and MS-Office.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and replenishes parts and materials, delivering to required areas.
• Load and unload packages and pallets from trucks.
• Record transactions and mark material as needed for storage.
• Move materials safely throughout factory and warehouse.
• Support other stockroom tasks and forklift duties as needed.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and suggest process improvements.
