Job summary

Sealed Air in Louisville is seeking a Material Handler to move materials across the plant, load/unload trailers, and support production in hot room areas reaching up to 110 F. The role requires a morning shift (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday–Friday) with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate shipping/receiving, safety compliance, and assisting with inventory issues while performing general housekeeping and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift driving experience (sit-down propane) with 3+ years preferred.
• Good safety and attendance record.
• Team oriented and able to work well with others.
• Overtime and flexible shifts may be required.
• Ability to communicate respectfully and effectively.
• Able to sit/stand for long periods and lift up to 55 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Move material in and out of production areas, occasionally in tight spaces.
• Be available to load and unload trailers in our Shipping area.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory management documentation.
• Learn production processes in the area(s) you support to assist production as needed.
• Maintain general housekeeping of the areas you support and the warehouse.
• Wear required PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.
