Job summary

Doosan Bobcat NA US is seeking a Warehouse Associate for 1st and 2nd shifts in Rogers, MN. The role requires transferring material manually or with equipment, following strict safety procedures and using a scanner for transactions.

The position includes routine loading/unloading, staying within safety guidelines, and occasional overtime. High school diploma or equivalent is required, with 0–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly.
• Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device attached to hoist.
• Loads or unloads materials onto or off of pallets, skids or lifting device by hand as needed.
• Loads parts manually from racks, tubs, and/or bins in warehouse to trays or racks kit carts.
• Follows set route through department to load kit carts.
• Loads and unloads parts manually from paint line.
• Maintains safety checks on necessary equipment.
• Performs duties in a safe, efficient manner in compliance with safety rules and regulations.
• Uses electronic scanner to transact material as needed.
• Keeps aisles clean and orderly.
• Assists in the instruction and training of others as requested by supervisor.
• Completes preventative maintenance and other duties as directed by Total Production Maintenance.
• Perform other non-essential duties as assigned by management.
