You will lead daily manufacturing activities, coach employees, and uphold standardized work while coordinating with maintenance, quality, and support teams to resolve issues and meet targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading production teams within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and service objectives.
• Coach, develop, and provide day-to-day direction to production employees to strengthen performance and operational capability.
• Communicate priorities, expectations, and operational updates to ensure alignment across shifts and functional teams.
• Reinforce standardized work practices and hold team members accountable for compliance with established operating procedures.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and production resources to maximize operational efficiency.
