Job summary

• Experience leading production teams preferred.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and direct production employees to maintain performance.
• Coordinate priorities and communicate updates across shifts.
• Support Lean initiatives and standardized work practices.
