Day Shift Manufacturing Machine Operator - Turners Falls, MA

Join us as a Day Shift Manufacturing Machine Operator at Charter Next Generation in Turners Falls, MA. We are North America's leading producer of high-performance, specialty film, and flexible packaging solutions, committed to sustainability and innovation.

About the Role

This full-time position offers a 12-hour static shift schedule (5:00am – 5:00pm), working Monday & Tuesday, off Wednesday & Thursday, and working Friday to Sunday. You will operate and monitor plastic extrusion lines, ensure quality standards, perform preventative maintenance, and support safety and efficiency on the production floor.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of plastic extrusion experience preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools and perform basic mechanical tasks
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 65 lbs, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening

Work Environment
