Job summary

DFC Company in North Dakota is seeking a Manufacturing Production Worker for the Day Shift (7:00 am - 5:00 pm). You will support traffic control and signage production, and manage kitting/inventory prep using carts and forklifts on the floor. Safety is emphasized across all tasks.

Qualified candidates can start at $20+ per hour depending on experience, with room for growth as you contribute to our blue family environment and multi-branch operations across ND and MN.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for long periods.
• Occasionally required to walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for manufacturing traffic control and specialty signs
• Kitting/inventory control in which orders are pulled and prepped before they go out to the manufacturing floor, utilizing carts and forklifts to stage.
