Job summary

Miconestaffing is hiring a Manufacturing Associate for a Verdi, NV operation. The role focuses on loading/unloading metal components, supporting forge press operations, and performing basic quality checks.

Training is provided to work with production equipment and ensure daily goals are met. The position offers a full-time day shift (Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM), with a temp-to-hire path and opportunities to learn valuable machine operation skills in a precision metal manufacturing

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, production, construction, or machine operation environments preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new machinery and processes.
• Excellent attendance and reliability is essential for shift-based manufacturing roles.
• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload metal components from production equipment.
• Learn and support forge press operations.
• Assist with machine setups and production changeovers.
• Help with tooling changes.
• Operate trim presses and other equipment after training.
• Perform visual inspections and basic measurements.
• Identify and report potential quality issues.
• Safely move and handle materials.
• Follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
