Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager- Day Shift to support the Management Team in running great shifts and meeting Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As a Shift Manager- Day Shift, you will take ownership and responsibility to lead your shift by leading the team with a smile, seek help when needed, and guide others.

You will ensure that Team Members complete all assigned duties, manage inventory, and maintain

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Ability to supervise & motivate the team.
• Able to sweep, mop, lift and carry trash, and manage cleaning tasks.
• Able to stand/walk 80% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift by guiding the team and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Manage inventory and maintain financial accountability.
• Ensure safe, high-quality food delivery to customers.
• Collaborate with management to meet standards and brand guidelines.
• Support a positive, safe environment for staff and customers.
