Job summary

Xylem is hiring a Maintenance Technician for the Day Shift in Dubois, PA. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance of manufacturing equipment, with emphasis on troubleshooting and repair across a range of disciplines.

The position offers a 2-2-3 schedule, paid training for CDL upgrades where applicable, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, medical, dental, and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in a technical field with a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing facility.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring, PLCs, instrumentation systems and general industrial controls.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair equipment related to mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance (PM / PdM) as required.
• Maintain safety records and follow site safety programs; document deficiencies and action logs.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and operators to ensure reliability.
