Job summary

The Connor Group is hiring a Full-time Maintenance Technician for Indianapolis, IN. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with a one-hour lunch; weekend on-call rotation for nights and weekends (emergency calls only).

Starting at $20/hr. Responsibilities include painting and repairing apartment units after turnover, prepping units for turn, handling work orders, and maintaining cleanliness of amenities and buildings.

Qualifications

• Must have attention to detail and take pride in performance.
• Must deliver excellent customer service.
• Must be able to work independently with a sense of urgency.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be willing to be on-call 1–2 weeks per month.

Responsibilities

• Painting and repairing apartment units after a resident moves out.
• Prep apartment units prior to turn (trash removal, pre-clean, cover flooring).
• Work orders – including appliance repair, minor plumbing, electrical work, etc.
