Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP in Wichita, KS seeks a Maintenance Technician to safely install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across carpentry, paint, electrical, HVAC, and cleaning gear.

The role requires six months of basic experience, two years of electrical experience, and a high school diploma or GED. You will work M-F, 7am-3:30pm, with a pay rate of $19-$21 per hour and must complete safety training as required.

Qualifications

• Six months minimum experience in a company environment or equivalent experience and/or training such as basic plumbing, painting, HVAC or construction.
• Two years Electrical Experience minimum.
• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of training and experience preferred.
• Must complete all safety, environmental and task training and/or certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and predictive maintenance.
• Repair and maintain equipment in carpentry, paint, electrical, HVAC, janitorial equipment and other areas.
• Maintain maintenance logs and schedules.
• Use hand and power tools and operate scissor lifts, ladders and scaffolding.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers in a professional manner.
