Job summary

LifeQuest is seeking a Maintenance Worker to support Mosser Nursing Home in Trexlertown, PA, with occasional shifts in Quakertown at The Village.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years of general maintenance experience, preferably in long-term care. The role involves following maintenance schedules, safety procedures, and collaboration with nursing and daycare teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience; General maintenance experience in long-term care facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assures that maintenance schedules are followed.
• Maintains fire protection and prevention programs with department staff.
• Reports accidents/incidents to your supervisor.
• Coordinates maintenance services with nursing and daycare services.
• Attends departmental and staff meetings as directed or called.
• Performs specific tasks in accordance with daily work assignments.
• Ensures all tasks are performed safely with equipment and supplies.
• Keeps areas free of hazardous objects; follows safety precautions.
