Job summary

Tosca Services, LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the day shift to keep our service center equipment running reliably. You will troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, and support building upkeep to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3+ years with mechanical/electrical systems and a strong safety mindset, with OSHA/LOTO knowledge. Workdays are Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years with mechanical and electrical equipment.
Basic computer skills (MS Office).
OSHA knowledge and LOTO familiarity.
Electrical knowledge: schematics, PLCs, 480V 3-phase.
Industrial hydraulics and pneumatics basics.
MIG/TIG welding is a plus.
Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and manufacturing system issues with operations team.
Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure reliability and safety.
Support building maintenance: minor plumbing, drywall, painting, cleaning, upkeep.
Identify and solve recurring equipment problems with the maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with OSHA and Tosca safety standards, including LOTO.
