Job summary

Richardson Oilseed Products US, a division of Richardson International, is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic (Days) for the Memphis, TN facility. The role offers an hourly wage of $35.98 per hour and requires flexible scheduling with overtime as needed.

You will follow safety policies, diagnose and repair mechanical/electrical systems, and perform preventative maintenance documented in CMMS. We value reliability and a strong work ethic in a warm industrial environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Understand instruction and follow direction.
• Work primarily in a warm to hot environment.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety requirements, policies, and procedures; report incidents and hazards.
• Work safely at all times using PPE, approved controls, and participating in safety initiatives.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical and pneumatic components.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems using schematics and proper component selection.
• Configure and troubleshoot VFDs, perform basic PLC tasks, and test motors and instrumentation.
• Perform advanced welding and troubleshoot or modify pneumatic circuits.
• Complete preventative maintenance, document work in CMMS, and perform other assigned duties.
