Job summary

The Wickline Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for our Memphis, TN facility. This is a permanent, direct-hire, full-time role with a starting hourly rate of $35.35 and a sign-on bonus of $8,000. Overtime is available at time-and-a-half, with nights at a differential and a 3/3/1 rotation.

Relocation assistance includes a $4,000 lump-sum and hotel for two weeks, plus help finding housing. Candidates will undergo an on-site mechanical skills assessment and interviews with the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training is a plus.
• 2+ years industrial maintenance in automated/high-speed facility.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of motor controls, sensors, gearboxes, and electrical test equipment.
• Able to read schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in high-speed equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams and manuals to diagnose issues.
• Maintain and repair conveyors and automation equipment to minimize downtime.
