Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in safe & efficient operation on production lines
• Able to read a production order and follow procedures
• Detail and quality oriented with dependable work ethic
• Basic computer skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds and operate hand tools
• Forklift and crane experience a plus and willingness to be trained

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and guide line personnel to meet production goals
• Support Safe Work environment and follow core values
• Read and interpret production orders
• Meet productivity and quality requirements
• Use forklift, crane, and manual material handling with proper documentation
• Maintain communication with team, supervisor, and management
• Stand/walk 8–12 hours daily, climb on/off equipment and ladders
• Work in varying outdoor conditions (hot/cold/rain)
