Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Maintains nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices.
• Evaluates staffing patterns to meet resident needs in collaboration with the Director of Nursing.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receives, transcribes, and implements physician orders.
• Implements and evaluates care plans.
• Identifies and secures equipment supplies.
• Directs and oversees subordinates.
• Organizes and coordinates subordinates, tasks, and time.
• Oversees staff performance and conducts disciplinary training as needed.
